Atm is a unit of pressure. It stands for Earth atmospheres at sea level. So, 1 atm is the pressure at 0 m above sea level.

A quick conversion between the SI unit of pressure, the pascal, and the atm is:

$9.8692\times10^{-6}$ atm = 1 Pa

101,325 Pa = 1 atm
